Dancer From ‘Dance Moms’ Arrested On Charges Of Sexual Battery On 2 Underage Students

‘Dance Moms’ is a reality television show that has been going on for 8 seasons. Now it seems one of the dancers who appeared on the show has been arrested for sexual battery on two of his students, who are underage.

The offender 25-year-old Kevin Cosculluela was taken into custody and charged with multiple counts of sexual misconduct last week in Orange County, FL. The list of offences included sexual activity with a 16-year-old child. Cosculluela has also been charged with solicitation of a minor and lewd and lascivious conduct.

As stated by the arrest warrant, Cosculluela allegedly abused two underage dance students last year. He has been accused of engaging in oral sex with one of the students and also exchanging nude pictures with the other student.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the police stated that the alleged victims met Cosculluela at a dance studio called Peaches Dance and Music in Orlando, where he would give them private dance lessons.

It was then stated that one of the underage girls got closer to Cosculluela and claimed that they started exchanging photos on Snapchat. The girl then claimed that he got her to his apartment and talked her into performing oral sex on him on two separate occasions.

The other victim noted that she didn’t get physical with Cosculluela but claimed that he received nude photos from her and at one point, got on top of her while both of them were clothed on his bed.

Both victims claimed he could get furious if they refused his demands for sexual acts and were afraid of him.

Cosculluela was arrested and processed last Friday and entered not guilty pleas.
