Ice cream is the joy of everyone’s life. It is, as a matter of fact, unhealthy as well. Britney Spears is famous for her banger music. She is also infamous for her erratic lifestyle and controversial career. Now she’s outdid herself in a way nobody saw coming. The “Princess of Pop” posted on Instagram about an ice cream diet that she’s been doing for a whole week.
While some thought that perhaps this is a decoded message about any future releases she’s planning, others took it literally. From what she said, it seems she eats ice cream twice a day, and nothing else.
This unnatural diet first surfaced in 2002 when author Holly McCord wrote a book about it. Whereas the diet was about having ice cream everyday with your normal diet, it is now something else.
She posted an image of an icecream cone mounted with the scoopful of 6 different ice creams with the caption:
So …. I tried the ice cream diet and since my favorite flavor is strawberry 🍓 I realized after a week eating it twice a day I needed to mix it up !!!! I switched to chocolate 🍫 …. then I got bored of that one really fast so finally I went to vanilla 🍦🤣😂😋 !!!!
So far, Britney’s only gone through one week of her diet. But if she continues it any longer, it’s certain that she’s not getting any health benefits from it. Whatever it may be, Britney sure knows how to get people talking.
