Former pro baseball player Johnny Damon recently landed himself in trouble with the law as he got arrested for DUI. His wife also arrested for battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest with violence.
Damon was released from jail on Friday and gave a very peculiar explanation regarding his DUI arrest. He told reporters that jail is horrible.
“Jail sucks, handcuffs are worse. Jail is horrible.”
The former MLB player continued to give a rambling and confusing explanation of how he was arrested. Damon stated that he was not intoxicated while driving and simultaneously apologized for his behavior.
We can hope the former Red Sox player doesn’t get himself into trouble again.
