Tiger Woods was involved in a car wreck and he was hospitalized for his injuries. The jaws of life was needed to pry him out of his car after it took a topple and up-ended.

TMZ has an update on the matter. Mark Steinberg, Tiger’s agent, has said that the famous golfer sustained “multiple leg injuries” and he is currently in surgery.

It is reported that authorities do not believe that alcohol had anything to do with this wreck. They would not comment on whether any other substances were believed to be involved with the wreck.

Tiger Woods was traveling alone when his car wrecked at around 7:12 AM local California time on Feb 23rd. His car rolled over a hill after a collision on the border of Rollins Hills Estates and Rancho Palos Verdes.
