It seems “Breaking Bad” star Bryan Cranston will be relocating to somewhere else and due to this, he will be selling a beachfront property which Cranston transformed into a house with no carbon footprint.
Cranston has currently listed his eco-friendly house which he named ‘Three Palms’ and is selling it for around $5 Million. The house is situated in Ventura, CA and Cranston bought it back in 2007 for around half the price.
Cranston had earlier said that he put his “heart, soul and blood, sweat and often tears” into transforming the house and turning it into the environment-friendly masterpiece that it is currently.
The house features a two-story floor plan with three bedrooms, four bathrooms and 2,450 sq. ft of living space. It also has a view of the ocean and comes with the option of buying Cranston’s custom furniture and personal art collection as well.
Here is what Cranston said regarding his decision to sell his house:
“There’s something lovely about creating something with tremendous pride and effort and turning it over, letting someone else take it to the next level of appreciation.”
We will have to see who will become the lucky owner of such a luxurious house.
