Kobe Bryant will forever be remembered as one of the best basketball players to have ever stepped foot inside the world of professional basketball.
Now it seems Bryant’s basketball hoop which he used during his childhood has sold for a lot of money. The hoop sold for $37,200 at Heritage Auctions and has a lot of history behind it.
The hoop was attached to the garage at Kobe Bryant’s childhood home in Pennsylvania, where Bryant used to spend countless hours as a kid, perfecting his skills.
TMZ had earlier reported that the house itself sold for around $810,000. After his death, memorabilia related to Bryant has been in a lot of demand. This includes the likes of basketballs, jerseys and many more.
Bryant tragically lost his life along with his daughter Gianna when their helicopter crashed in the city of Calabasas, California on January 26, 2020.
