UFC featherweight and bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes continues to be one of the best women fighters to have ever stepped foot inside the Octagon.
Nunes competed against Megan Anderson in the co-main event of UFC 259 on March 7. Nunes made short work of her opponent after she locked in a triangle armbar on Anderson, forcing Anderson to submit at 2:03 into the first round.
With Nunes taking out her top two contenders already, it seems fans want to see her compete against the men. After Nunes’ victory, Jon Jones took to Twitter and said the following:
“Book Amanda a fight next week.”
One fan then suggestion Jon Jones compete against Amanda Nunes. Jones saw this tweet and decided to reply to it, where Jones noted he has no interest.
“No way I’ll pass.”
It seems even one of the best male MMA fighter in the world doesn’t want a piece of Amanda Nunes.
