Miami Heat’s Meyers Leonard Drops Anti-Semitic Slur While Streaming Call Of Duty On Twitch

It seems like one after another, many celebrities are being caught off-guard while using racist slurs. From Papa John’s founder John Schnatter to Chris Harrison, a lot of celebrities are being cancelled.

Miami Heat’s player Meyers Leonard seemed to have gotten lost in the moment a bit too much after another player in the game attempted to snipe him. Meyers’ response was to defend himself and then saying:

Fucking cowards. Don’t fucking snipe me! You fucking k*ke bitch.

The 29-year old player who caters content on Twitch to his 69K followers as well as 550K followers on Twitter and Instagram seemed to have realized his mistake later on.

After getting a phone call, Meyers appeared shook for a moment, and proceeded to leave the game after saying “Yo, my wife needs me, she just called me. I’ll, uh—I gotta roll, brother.”

Whether a social media cancellation for Meyers will take place or not, only time will tell.
