Tiger Woods’ Former Mistress Kicked Out of Her Apartment for Stiffing Them on Rent!

It has been more than ten years since Tiger Woods’ former mistress Rachel Uchitel had her infamous affair with the legendary professional golfer. Now it seems she has been evicted from her apartment for not paying rent for a long time.

According to Page Six, Uchitel allegedly owes nearly $50,000 in rent. It was said that moved into a $3200-a-month Upper East Side pad in 2019. As stated by the lawsuit filed against her, she had trouble paying rent for months on end. It was said that she completely stopped paying rent in May last year, resulting in a bill of $25,550 for 2020.

Landlord Sherwood Allen noted that Uchitel left the premises in February but she still owes $19,200 in rent between January 2021 and June 2021, when her lease runs out. It was also claimed by the lawsuit that there is $4,094 worth of property damage, fees and interest to be paid.

It was alleged by the lawsuit that several of Uchitel’s checks bounced before she stopped paying altogether. She filed for bankruptcy in July of 2020 and now the landlord is suing her guarantor for the $48,844 that is due to him.

The guarantor is refusing to give the money and is alleging “a fraud was perpetrated,” and that her signature was put on a two-year lease for both 2019 and 2020, claiming the guarantor only agreed to cover 2019.

“My signed guaranty for a one-year lease was attached by somebody to a two-year lease which I did not know about or agree to.”

“There are various defences to non-payment of rent that are COVID-related remedies from the state, local and federal government.”

Here is what Uchitel said regarding the matter:

“There was an eviction moratorium and I was waiting to see what the city was going to do and waiting to see how my job and my life was going to pan out. I have no intention of hurting people or stealing from people. I was in the middle of a pandemic like everyone else. I never intended for someone to have to pay my rent or obviously it was a situation that no one expected to be in or wanted to be in.”
