The Los Angeles Lakers are currently trying to see how they can become more efficient as a team to win another Championship. However, LeBron James certainly believes the current roster is more than capable of winning matches.
On Thursday, the Lakers had a practice session for the first time since the All-Star Game. LeBron James decided to give his thoughts regarding the current condition of the roster.
According to Mike Trudell of Spectrum Sports, James told reports the following:
“We just need to play better with the group that we’ve got. I believe in every guy that’s in our locker room. I love what we have. When we’re whole and we’re full, we can compete with anyone in the world.”
The Lakers certainly had a productive off-season as they signed Montrezl Harrell, Dennis Schroder, Wes Matthews and Marc Gasol to bolster their already-deep roster. While Schroder and Harrell have done very well, Gasol and Matthews certainly need more time to improve their skills.
