Woman Who Attacked Uber Driver Sued For 2019 Car Crash

Arna Kimiai recnetly became infamous after declaring she had COVID and coughing at an Uber driver and also attacking him. She also uploaded a video of herself driving a sports car at dangerously fast speeds.

Now it seems Kimiai has landed herself into hot water yet again, and ironically it’s regarding a vehicle again. She is currently being sued  over a car crash that took place in 2019.

According to a report by TMZ, who have obtained the legal documentation, a woman filed a civil suit against Kimiai in February of this year where it was alleged that Kimiai made an unsafe turn and hit her vehicle in L.A.

Kimiai has been accused of negligent driving and “failing to keep a proper lookout for other vehicles.” The woman claimed that she suffered severe injuries and is dealing with pain and suffering even now due to the wreck. Kimiai has been sued for damages, medical expenses and loss of earnings.

Kimiai is likely to face criminal charges after the Uber incident and will also turn herself in to the authorities soon.
