As had been predicted by music critics as well as by the RIAA, Drake has finally broken all records after all three songs from his EP Scary Hours 2 have found their places amongst the top ranks of the Billboard Hot 100.
After “What’s Next” leaked, it had created a lot of hype. What’s Next debuted on the top spot thanks to the hype caused by the sustained leak, after which came Drake featuring Lil Baby’s Wants And Needs, ending the cycle with Drake featuring Rick Ross’ Lemon Pepper Freestyle. The trio of songs is likely to dominate the charts for the whole year, until Certified Lover Boy arrives.
Drake has broken several records before as well. In 2020, he topped the list of artists who have had the most hits in the Top 10s of the Billboard Hot 100. He is also a record maker in having the most hits in the Top 100s, having landed a total of 231 songs.
This is a testament to the fact that Drizzy has the fans absolutely hyped. Certified Lover Boy is going to drop some time in the spring, and it’ll be an absolute monster on the charts.
