Rachael Leigh Cook & Daniel Gillies Are Finally Divorced

Actress Rachael Leigh Cook is finally divorced after almost two years of separation from actor Daniel Gillies.

According to TMZ, the couple’s divorce was finalized in an L.A. Court on Wednesday.

Court documents state that Cook got to keep her own jewelry, clothes, her 2020 Audi Q5, as well as their home in Redondo Beach, Calif. Gillies will reportedly keep his own jewelry and his 2019 BMW X6.

The duo are also reportedly going to sell their Studio City, Calif property and split the profits.

The exes agreed to have joint legal and physical custody of their two kids, Charlotte (7) and Theodore (5), with no provision to pay spousal support. They did, however, agree to share the expenses of their two dogs and two cats.

The duo announced that they were breaking up in June 2019 after 15 years of marriage.

“With deep gratitude for every year we have spent together and the thousands of beautiful memories shared, we have mutually decided to separate as a couple, this decision isn’t one we have to easily or lightly. We love and respect each other as parents, people and artists and look forward to maintaining the best parts of our relationship for many years to come.”

Almost a year later, Gillies officially filed for divorce.

While it looks like Cook has moved on and found love again, we will have to wait and see what the future has in store for Gillies.
