The Seattle Seahawks simply cannot stay clear of drama from the looks of it as a backup quarterback for the team has been accused of punching a man during a bar fight on St. Patrick’s Day
According to TMZ Sports, 25-year-old Alex McGough, who is a 7th round pick in 2018 out of FIU was said to have been at the Green Parrot Pub in Tampa, FL.
A bar fight was said to have broken out around that time as stated by TMZ Sports. According to the alleged victim, 24-year-old Anthony Albino, it was stated that he was reconnecting with an old friend at the bar when McGough approached him and accused him of making a pass at his girlfriend.
After a heated argument, Anthony alleged that McGough blindsided him and punched him square in the face. Anthony stated that he suffered minor injuries from the incident that included a bloodied nose and a gash to his elbow.
Anthony stated that he will go to the police and intends on pressing charges against McGough. The report added that police are looking into the incident and will have a talk with McGough soon.
