Rihanna remains one of the most popular singers in the music industry right now. However, she can certainly frustrate devoted fans who want more frequent releases from her. Her last released album was Anti which was way back in 2016.
The album has now spent a record-breaking five years on the Billboard 200 chart, due to which Rihanna made history as the first Black artist to ever achieve the goal.
She took to Instagram to celebrate the success of her album.

One of her fans told her to celebrate by releasing a new song. Rihanna saw this comment and decided to reply to it by dropping a bombshell. The singer said that she might be releasing a new song soon.

We will have to see when Rihanna will decide to release her new song, if the singer was serious about what she said.
