Singer Rihanna is famous for her fashion sense. The singer was recently spotted all decked up to celebrate her mom Monica Braithwaite’s birthday in New York on Monday.

Dressed in chic sheer pants, a leather jacket and studded gloves, the popstar attended the family gathering. The day before, she quietly attended an anti-Asian hate rally. Along with her Fendi purse, the “Diamonds” singer was snapped holding a birthday gift bag for her mom.

The celebration took place in Pastis and according to a source, the Fenty Beauty Founder was “giddy” and “laughing” when she arrived at the restaurant.

A$AP Rocky, Rihanna’s rumored beau was noticeably missing from the gathering as he was reportedly out of town. The party dined on a 23 entrees total, including caviar, and drank champagne.
