Retired MMA star Ben Askren will be making his debut in the world of professional boxing against Jake Paul this month and it remains a highly-discussed topic. Tensions between the two have reached the next level and they constantly take shots at each other.
Ahead of his match against Jake Paul, Ben Askren took to Twitter and revealed why he isn’t afraid of Jake Paul at all. Askren commented on his 2012 victory over Douglas Lima.
It marked Askren’s second welterweight title defense in Bellator MMA. Askren stated that after facing ”savages” such as Lima, there is no reason to be afraid of Jake Paul.

Jake Paul is scheduled to face Ben Askren on April 17 at the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia in the highly-anticipated match. Askren certainly has a lot to prove heading into the match, so we will have to see if he can defeat Jake Paul.
