As seen on Night One of WrestleMania 37, Bad Bunny teamed up with Damian Priest and squared off against The Miz & John Morrison in a tag team match. Many fans were wondering just how well Bunny would perform in his in-ring debut.
It seems Bad Bunny far surpassed all expectations as he put on an incredible performance in the tag team match and effectively stole the show. Several fans have even gone as far as saying that Bad Bunny delivered the best WWE match featuring a celebrity.
After the end of the match, Miz & Morrison took part in an interview, where they revealed that Bad Bunny earned their respect after their match at WrestleMania.
“The last time I checked we are the greatest tag team of the 21st century. This match wasn’t about preparation. It is about respect. It goes to show that maybe hard work does pay off. I can’t believe I am actually going to say this, he gained my respect.”
John Morrison agreed with The Miz, adding that Bad Bunny also got lucky.
“He came in with work ethic, he put in a ton of hard work. But there’s the luck factor. Could have something to do with it.”
We will have to see if Bad Bunny will remain a mainstay of WWE television now that he had his in-ring debut at WrestleMania 37.
