Jake Paul was accused of sexual assault and he’s denying all of those allegations in a big way. He’s even contemplating taking his accuser to court.

Paul was accused by TikTokker Justine Paradise for forcing her to perform oral sex on him. He is now vowing to sue her for defamation according to TMZ.

Jake Paul’s attorney Daniel E. Gardenswartz has released a statement calling out Paradise for making false claims. The Paul Camp 100% denies these allegations and a defamation of character lawsuit will likely follow.

“While others have already begun to debunk the claim alleged against him, our client categorically denies the allegation and has every intention of aggressively disproving it and pursuing legal action against those responsible for the defamation of his character.”

“Our client believes that any false allegations diminish the credibility of those who have truly been victims of misconduct.”

Jake Paul is still preparing for his boxing fight against UFC fighter Ben Askren. That is taking up a majority of his time, because he wants to be more than ready. Needless to say, these accusations are not going to help his training regiment.

With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
