Conor McGregor was accused of sexual assault on the French island of Corsica in 2020, but he will not be charged for that crime.

TMZ has confirmed that Notorious will not be charged for the September 2020 accusation due to a lack of evidence. The case has now been totally dropped.

A woman claimed that McGregor “attempted sexual assault and sexual exhibition.” Conor denied the accusation from the get-go and he was released from custody without being arrested or charged with any crime.

Prosecutors in the City of Bastia have sent Conor McGregor a letter to explain that they did not find enough evidence to move forward with the case against him. Now he is totally free and clear.

McGregor railed against those claims from the beginning, calling out his accuser for lying. Apparently, the authorities didn’t see anything in her story either.
