Borat Subsequent MovieFilm was the sequel to the instant classic 2006 film Borat, which starred Sacha Baron Cohen. The sequel was released last year and it was a huge success as both fans and critics loved the film.
One of the highlights was Maria Bakalova. who played the role of Borat’s 15-year-old daughter. Now it seems the star recently revealed a deleted scene from the sequel film.
While speaking on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Bakalova talked about the scene in the film when she entered the White House by herself to get close to Donald Trump.
Bakalova revealed that before entering the White House, she wrote her lawyer’s number on her leg on the off chance she was arrested.
I was freaking out. I was shaking, I was scared. I had a number of a lawyer written on my leg. I was without my phone, without anything. If I make it [out of here] I’m going to be so grateful to the universe and to Sacha [Baron Cohen] and the whole team.
The filming for the sequel movie was definitely a risky venture for everyone involved, as Cohen almost got shot once as well. Thanks to her performance in the film, people have taken notice of Bakalova and it is likely she will receive several roles in the future.
