YouTube personality Jake Paul recently made headlines for things he definitely didn’t want as he was accused of sexual assault by TikTok star Justine Paradise.
Many people attacked Paul for the accusations and that included boxing legend Floyd Mayweather, who blasted Paul for the allegations meted against him and said it was a matter of time until he was locked up.
While speaking on Logan Paul’s podcast, ‘Impaulsive‘, Jake Paul responded to what Mayweather had to say about him. Without holding back, Paul stated that Mayweather’s reaction to the sexual assault allegations against him made it obvious that he felt personally attacked.
“I think he (Floyd Mayweather) still feels personally attacked. I think that it’s easier to tell that he’s one of the most insecure people that there is. It reaps off of him. You can see his insecurities in the way he moves, the way he acts, how he dresses, how he carries himself
Paul then went on to highlight the irony in what Mayweather said as the boxer himself was in prison and was guilty of 13 accusations of assault and abuse of a female.
“This is the guy who went to jail and is guilty of 13 accusations of assault and abuse of a female. So, out of anyone to come out of the woodworks… Floyd Mayweather? He’s dumb.”
Those were certainly some harsh words coming from Jake Paul. However, it seems Paul is more than focused heading into his boxing match against Ben Askren that will be taking place this Saturday at the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia under the Triller Fight Club banner.
