The Rock Drops $27.8 Million on Beverly Park Mansion

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is still regarded as one of the most popular pro wrestlers in the history of the business. He is also the highest-paid actor in Hollywood as he is undoubtedly a Box Office draw. He also likes to live his life lavishly and it seems The Rock recently purchased a new home.

According to a report by THR, The Rock and his wife Lauren Hashian have purchased a new mansion in North Beverly Park, California. The neighborhood is full of celebrities as stars such as Eddie Murphy, Sofia Vergara, Denzel Washington, and Sylvester Stallone live there as well.

The Rock bought his new mansion home from actor and comedian Paul Reiser. The mansion was originally owned by Alex Van Halen, who built it in 1993.

The previous listing described the home as “a complete resort” as it is a Mediterranean-style home, including a main mansion and a detached 2,500 square foot guesthouse, totaling around 18,000 square feet and occupying more than 3.6 acres.

The Rock was said to have paid $27.8 million for the estate last week in a deal that was closed off-market. The mansion was available for purchase for a short time a while earlier, for $30 million. So it seems The Rock was able to save $2 million which is certainly good for him.

There is no doubt The Rock will post tons of photos of his new abode and make sure his fans know how far he has progressed in life. The Rock also recently noted that it would be an honor for him to become the President of The USA, which may or may not happen.
