Jake Paul’s name is on a lot of people’s mind right now. He made off like a bandit after knocking out Ben Askren. That Triller Fight Club pay-per-view reportedly brought in 1.5 million buys and $75 million dollars. Dana White is not happy with Paul right now.
UFC President Dana White has threatened to take legal action against Jake Paul after watching him knockout Askren on Saturday night. While speaking to Yahoo Sports, White said he could send legal letters to Jake Paul soon.
Triller might also be in hot water along with other parties if they keep tryin to make deals outside of the UFC with fighters who are currently under contract.
“Why don’t you go fight a f*cking boxer?”
“Daniel Cormier? Why don’t you go fight a f*cking boxer? What the f*ck do these guys keep talking to UFC guys for? I might have to send another f*cking legal letter to these f*cking idiots. Yeah, go talk to a f*cking boxer. What are you doing?”
Dana White might have a good case for contract tampering if he can prove it. Jake Paul has a long line of MMA fighters who want to face him next. Daniel Cormier is even a contender at this point. Dana White is obviously not happy about the tactic that Triller and Jake Paul are taking to find his next opponents.
It is unclear if this has anything to do with the $2 million bet that White lost to Snoop Dogg, one that White now claims he never took.
