Jennifer Lopez Relying On Ex-Husband Marc Anthony After Alex Rodriguez Split

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez made the news  last month after multiple reports suggested that the two have called off their engagement and have ended their relationship. The couple would deny the reports of them splitting up.

Despite their best efforts, the couple simply couldn’t stay together as the two would officially announce their break up last week. It ultimately boiled down to trust issues as Lopez simply couldn’t trust Rodriguez anymore.

According to a report by E! News, a source close to Lopez has stated that she is relying on her ex-husband Marc Anthony lately after her split from Alex Rodriguez.

It was reported that Anthony was a big help and has “stepped up” even more than usual as a father to their two kids, 13-year-old twins Emme and Max Muñiz while Lopez is still in the Dominican Republic working on her latest film.

“He’s a great dad and has been there for Jennifer and the kids. He knows that she is hard at work and going through a stressful time in her life.” 

“He is always making sure that the kids have everything they need and trying to make it easier on Jennifer while she is away and working.”

Anthony also apparently offered his house to Lopez and has been described by the source as “a great friend” to her in these difficult times. Anthony and Lopez were married from 2004 to 2014. 

We will have to see what is next in store for Lopez and Rodriguez now that that they are no longer together. Lopez certainly has something to rely on right now and we wonder if this would mean a reconciliation between her and Anthony someday.
