Houston Rockets star Sterling Brown is definitely not having a good time as of late. He was recently involved in a very messy attack at a strip club in Miami.
According to bodycam footage obtained by TMZ, it was shown that Brown soaked in blood while constantly pressing his shirt hard against a large wound on his head to stop it from bleeding profusely.
It was revealed that Brown was hit in the head with a liquor bottle during the April 19th incident. As seen in the video, he was very irritated with the police and brushed off any police officers who tried to question him regarding what happened.
After a while, medical personnel arrived. It was then reported that the NBA has completed its investigation into the incident. The Rockets had released a statement regarding the incident, where it was said that Brown was a victim of an assault.
”Sterling Brown was the victim of an assault. He had no prior knowledge of or interaction with the assailants.”
According to ABC13 Eyewitness News, the horrific incident was said to have taken place before the Rockets’ game against the Heat. The 26-year-old did not take part in the game due to “his prior knee injury” as stated by his teammates.
Currently, there is no time table for his return but we certainly hope he will be able to make a speedy recovery and be able to return to the basketball court.
