NFL star Aaron Rodgers is currently the quarterback for the Green Bay Packers and is one of the team’s best players. However, he still doesn’t have a good relationship with the team’s organization, which has led to speculation that he might be traded to another team eventually.
As stated by reports last week, Rodgers narrowed his preferred trade destinations down to three teams and they were – the 49ers, Raiders and Broncos. However, now it seems the list has been narrowed down even more.
While appearing on Broncos Country Tonight on iHeartRadio, Denver insider Benjamin Allbright took to Twitter and revealed that there is a decent change that Rodgers might end up with the Denver Broncos this year.
“I think it’s better than 50-50 that it happens, and I can tell you that I know from Rodgers’ camp that Denver is his number one destination. His preferred destination is the Denver Broncos.”
Rumors of Rodgers going elsewhere started last week after reports indicated that Rodgers had become “so disgruntled” with the organization that he no longer wants to return to the team in 2021. Despite their best efforts, it seems Rodgers won’t be staying. We will keep you updated on this ongoing story.
