2016’s Suicide Squad film was written and directed by David Ayer. Despite being a Box Office success, grossing over $740 million at the worldwide box office. the film was panned by both fans and critics.
This ultimately led to James Gunn taking charge of The Suicide Squad which is said to be a ”soft reboot” of the 2016 film. The film stars Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, John Cena as Peacemaker and more.
James Gunn recently revealed that the post-production of The Suicide Squad is already completely finished, including VFX. Gunn is also known to engage with movie fans on Twitter and now it seems a recent interaction might have just revealed something interesting regarding the film.
A fan took to Twitter and asked James Gunn if there will be a post-credits scene for The Suicide Squad. James Gunn saw the fan’s question and replied with a not-so-cryptic “A?” Due to this, fans have been wondering whether the film will have multiple post-credits scenes.
Gunn is certainly not a stranger to post-credits scenes as Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 had five of them. The Suicide Squad is slated to release on August 4 of this year and certainly has a lot of expectations. Many fans are wondering whether the film will redeem itself after the abysmal prequel movie. We will have to see how the film turns out to be.
