Boston Celtics player Tristan Thompson has been in the news for reasons he definitely doesn’t like. An Instagram model named Sydney Chase has claimed that she had sex with Thompson after he got back with Khloe Kardashian and that she has the texts to prove it.
Now it seems Thompson has had enough of Sydney Chase’s claims. The NBA star had his attorney Marty Singer send a legal warning to Chase. According to legal documentation obtained by TMZ, the attorney stated that Chase refusing to prove the existence of the alleged texts and it can only lead to one “inescapable conclusion” that the texts don’t even exist.
Tristan Thompson’s legal team had previously sent a cease and desist to Chase, which Chase had denied at first. Chase eventually acknowledged that she received the cease and desist after it was sent to another email address. Now it seems Chase has been said to keep on “changing the purported ‘facts’ to fit [her] story.”
The NBA player’s attorney stated that Chase is making false claims about Thompson so that she could become famous for a while and Thompson’s legal team is warning her to not continue defaming him, else he will be forced to take legal action against her. We will keep you updated on this ongoing case.
