In the past, when fans thought of Elon Musk, his girlfriend Grimes and Miley Cyrus hanging out together, it certainly would have been an unlikely group. However, after May 8th’s controversial episode of ‘SNL,’ it all changed for the better.
After Elon Musk made his debut as a host in the highly popular sketch comedy show, the group were seen heading to the trendy PUBLIC hotel in New York City’s Lower East Side where they partied till 6 a.m. in the morning.
Miley Cyrus made sure she went full-on punk with her outfit, as she sported a leather bag and chunky boots, along with a striped, off the shoulder sweater. Her hair was kept in a mullet style ponytail, and she also wore blue wire sunglasses and a wide legged black pant.
Grimes is known for her bizarre choice of fashion and it was on full display here as well, as she wore an animal print cat suit made out of a sheer mesh material. She also wore a plaid mini skirt over top, along with huge combat boots and carried a cross body bag.
Her boyfriend Elon Musk, who was the man of the hour, was seen wearing a black leather jacket, t-shirt and pants. He tried to lay low with sunglasses and a baseball cap.
As reported by Hollywood Life, Miley Cyrus and Elon Musk were becoming really good friends over the course of rehearsals for their ‘SNL’ appearance and more.
“Elon and Miley have been able to do a couple promos and hang out a little bit this week and it has all been friendly, she likes him and he likes her,” the insider revealed. “They have been involved in some deep conversations on set and around the studio and they have continued to leave those interactions with smiles on their faces, they seem to have become good friends.”
Now that Elon Musk is done being the host for ‘SNL,’ he will be focusing on his other projects, namely SpaceX and continue to be an icon for business tycoons everywhere around the world.
