PETA rescued a cow from India and they named it after Kim Kardashian. Now “Cow Kardashian” is being used as one big mooing PR tool.
The animal-rights group rescued a cow from India after its owner was caught abusing it in the street. This cow was believed to have been used for dairy purposes.
This Mother’s Day rescue took place as PETA took in the “drop-dead gorgeous” cow with “striking eyes and long, dark eyelashes,” as the press release stated. It was also said that the cow was given her Kardashian name, “to thank the mother of four for showing compassion to mums of all species by promoting a dairy-free diet to her more than 200 million followers.”
Kim K mostly eats plant-based foods, and she is not a meat eater. This is something that PETA can obviously roll with as well. The organization was able to get backing from an animal sanctuary in India where they won custody of the new celebrity cow.
Now the rescued Cow Kardashian will live in her new “lush” sanctuary home. She might have to avoid photographers, but nobody will abuse her. Cow Kardashian has also reportedly started making friends already.
