John Cena is undoubtedly one one of the best Superstars to have ever stepped foot inside a WWE ring. He is a 16-time World Champion and was the face of the company for well over a decade. He is currently busy with his life in Hollywood and hasn’t been seen in the company in over a year.
Now it seems John Cena is busy working on a new series that will see him involved in pro wrestling again.
According to a press release, Cena will create, produce and narrate a new series for Peacock titled WWE Evil. The series has been described as a “psychological exposé” into the minds of the most diabolical antagonists in WWE history and their impact on mainstream culture.
John Cena also took to Twitter and made an announcement regarding the upcoming series that will air on Peacock.
For every good guy, there has to be a bad one and @WWE has created some of the BEST bad guys (and ladies) in the history of entertainment. Excited to highlight those who made us boo, scream, and sometimes cry! WWE Evil on @peacockTV!
Apart from this series, Cena has other projects in the pipeline including playing Peacemaker in James Gunn’s upcoming The Suicide Squad and also the spin-off based on the character that will air on HBO Max.
It is certainly safe to say John Cena is an incredibly busy man. We will have to see how WWE Evil turns out, whenever it releases.
