Soulja Boy is being sued by an ex girlfriend over allegations of sexual battery and domestic abuse. His ex is remaining anonymous in the filing.

A woman labeled as Jane Doe claims in the lawsuit obtained by Page Six that the rapper allegedly started dating her in an “on-again, off-again relationship” in 2007. Things got more serious from 2014 to 2019 before she “could no longer stand the abuse.”

The documents allege that in 2015 Soulja Boy attacked her violently and forced her to have a miscarriage as a result of that abuse. She then had to undergo a procedure to have her uterine lining removed.

In 2018, Soulja Boy allegedly “began to physically attack and yell at her” while they were filming a reality television show. Night vision cameras allegedly captured the attack. The WE TV Network aired the episode in early 2019 according to the lawsuit.

She moved out of the home she shared with Soulja Boy in 2019 after he allegedly removed her and her daughter from his home. He then tried to convince her to come back, but she didn’t. This is when he allegedly “gripped [Doe’s] neck and choked her while threatening her life.”

Doe also alleged that Soulja Boy engaged in sexual violence. She claimed that if she declined his sexual advances, then he would subject her to “physical assault.”

His ex is suing Soulja Boy for domestic violence, negligence, sexual battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress and gender violence. At this time Soulja Boy has declined to comment on the situation.
