Drake Samples New Song Ahead Of ‘Certified Lover Boy’ Release

Drake remains one of the most popular and successful rappers in the Hip-Hop world. He also has a lot of interests outside of making music. For a very long time now fans have been eagerly waiting for his upcoming album ‘Certified Lover Boy’ to drop.

The album was initially slated to release in January of this year but got delayed for a long time as Drake was still recovering from knee surgery. This ultimately cost the rapper several months. Drake previously celebrated owning the top three spots on the Billboard Hot 100 chart after his Scary Hours 2 EP release.

It is also essentially a guarantee that Drake will return to the charts once his ‘Certified Lover Boy’ releases and recently, the rapper decided to give fans a preview of what is to come.

The rapper took to Instagram and and shared a sneak peak of a new song that Drake has been working on for quite some time. The song is titled “Fair Trade,” and the rapper can be seen quietly sitting back in the studio as 40 set up the song and Drake was simply chilling as it played over the speaker. The atmosphere was simply tranquil to say the least.

The preview received a lot of praise and reactions from fans and fellow rappers alike. While a proper date for ‘Certified Lover Boy’ isn’t revealed yet, we can imagine that it’s nearing completion at the very least. We will have to see when it will finally drop.
