John Cena Eyed For Army Of The Dead Franchise

John Cena is in the Suicide Squad world which saw him receive a spin-off as The Peacemaker on HBO Max. That hard work and worldwide appeal could land him in a new franchise soon enough.

Dave Bautista recently stared in Zack Snyder’s Army of the Dead, and Netflix is reportedly eyeing another actor with a lot of WWE background, John Cena. According to We Got This Covered, Netflix wants to bring John Cena into the world of zombie invasions.

we’ve now heard from our sources that the streaming service is eying Cena for a part in the expanding Army of the Dead universe.

The idea of John Cena fleeing from a roaming hoard of zombies is rather entertaining. It would also likely gain a ton of interest from fans.

There was no note as to how far along talks are, or if Cena has even been approached to do the film. It might be an attractive offer for him as he continues adding to his acting resume.
