Kim Kardashian Was Lonely In Marriage With Kanye West

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s marriage is ending, but that is not how the KKW Beauty founder expected it to go at all. She was not happy, and that is now becoming very clear.

During Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim K explained how jealous she got over Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson’s on-again-off-again relationship. She told her mom, Kris Jenner, that she didn’t even watch the same television shows that Kanye does. She has an extravagant life, but she also wants those little things, the smaller experiences that mean so much to a relationship.

She went on to say that she never thought that marriage would be this lonely. She thought that having kids and a husband that moves around so often would be fine, but that is not what she was looking for.

“I want someone that we have the same shows in common. I want someone that wants to work out with me…I was like, ‘Wow. It’s like the little things is what I don’t have.”

“I have all the big things. I have the extravagant everything you could ever possibly imagine and no one will ever do it like that. I know that…and I’m grateful for those experiences. But, I think I’m ready for the smaller experiences that I think will mean a lot.”

“I never thought I was lonely and I never — I always thought, ‘That’s totally fine. I could just have my kids. My husband moves from state to state and I just, I’m on this ride with him,’” she explained. “And I was okay with that. And then after turning 40 this year, I realized like, ‘No. I don’t want a husband that lives in a completely different state.’”

“To me, I thought, ‘Oh my god, that’s when we’re getting along the best,’” she added. “But then that is sad to me and that’s not what I want.”

Kim and Kanye’s divorce is ongoing. In the meantime, Kanye West has hooked up with a new girlfriend, Russian model, and Bradley Cooper’s ex, Irina Shayk. The two just got back from a French getaway, so it might be getting serious.

Kardashian has reportedly not had any interest in seeing anyone new, but that could change in time. If anything, Kim needs to sort out a lot of things when it comes to her children and getting through law school as well.
