Kanye West went off while being deposed for a lawsuit against him. Now he is possibly getting sanctioned due to his words. He certainly had a lot to say.

Kayne is in a $20 legal battle with MyChannel. They claim that Ye renewed a deal and then stole the company’s tech to sell his Sunday Service merch. MyChannel has been fighting to get Kanye in court for an in-person deposition, but the judge let him do one virtually. They still got him to do a lot of talking.

AllHipHop attained court docs saying that Kanye went ballistic during that deposition. He called MyChannel’s attorney, who is white, “boy” at least 12 times during the interview. Things got very heated and it lasted around 10 minutes.

In the end, Kanye got upset and left. During those 10 minutes, Ye refused to look at Popok, he wouldn’t stop messing with his cellphone, and he referred to himself as a mental genius. He also asked the lawyer if he was “f*cking stupid.”

Kanye also put on a Jesus mask, a full-faced hood of Jesus Christ’s head to cover his own face. He also refereed to himself as the “richest Black man in America and a Black Trump supporter and that he couldn’t be bothered with the deposition because he had lives (and diets) to change.”

Ye refused to remove the Jesus mask and said that MyChannel’s legal team didn’t deserve to see his face. This was quite a situation as Kanye did not cooperate at all. Ben J. Meiselas, one of MyChannel’s lawyers was not happy at all, he noted that the deposition was recorded.

“West’s bad faith efforts to sabotage the deposition will be viewed by the Court as one of the most outrageous and inappropriate deposition performances it has observed as well,”

MyChannel is seeking to sanction Kanye West for $63,000 after this outburst. Kanye is going through a lot right now with his divorce from Kim Kardashian and generally being himself. Obviously, this lawsuit is a bit much for him to take.
