The world was shocked when Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck reconnected. When they were seen kissing at an L.A. restaurant, people have been shipping them together and they are facing the decision to make their relationship official or not.
It seems like Lopez & Affleck has started a trend together of old couples reconnecting with each other, and now Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie is the next in line to follow.
Jolie has reportedly reconnected with her ex-husband Jonny Lee Miller after making a recent trip to New York. The former couple who has been divorced for more than two decades is back in contact as they spent time with Jolie’s sons Pax, 17, and Knox, 12. An anonymous source revealed to PageSixx:
On her first evening with Jonny, Angelina only took Knox along, and they got on like a house on fire. Knox is a sweet kid, and I imagine she decided he was the easiest one to begin introductions with.
The source also revealed that Knox met Miller earlier, after which Jolie took Pax to meet the actor the next day. Pax also wanted to meet him to see the “guy she’s always spoken so fondly about.”
Pax has been urging to move to New York for college, so Jolie’s idea of hanging out with Miller is for Pax to have a friendly face around who can pass on the wisdom whenever Pax needs it.
Angie is very happy because Pax keeps making noise about moving to New York someday soon, maybe even for school. She’s glad he’ll have someone she trusts around for him to go to for advice or just to see a friendly face. Angelina wanted to give her kids an educational trip to the big city, and she wanted to spend some time reconnecting with Jonny, too.
While it’s true that we don’t know whether Jolie and Miller are reconnecting romantically, it’s clear that the two are willing to let the past go and act as a support system for each other.
