Jake Paul made it his life’s mission to play the role of a very annoying and punch-worthy character and taking part in big money matches that break records. This includes going after Tyron Woodley, which ultimately led to the match in the first place.
After a lot of teases and speculation, it was finally revealed that Jake Paul is set to square off against former UFC star Tyron Woodley in a boxing match for Showtime Boxing on August 28th.
Dana White is certainly not a fan of celebrity boxing matches as a whole and he recently claimed that Tyron Woodley was lying about his insane payday for his boxing match against Jake Paul.
Now it seems Tyron Woodley has decided to Dana White’s claim as he held a live Instagram video and took a jibe at the UFC President by stating that White is salty about his pay.
“I have a lot of people that was (sic) just kinda a little salty about me making a little money. I don’t disclose what I do; I don’t disclose what I make but at the end of the day I made money before. This ain’t my first time making money.”
There is no doubt that Woodley is Jake Paul’s toughest opponent yet and fans are excited to see what will happen when the two face off. It is still very likely the two will be receiving a huge payday, even if Dana White doesn’t believe it.
