Jon Jones Laughs Off Recent Accusations Of Failing Drug Tests

Jon Jones is one of the most popular fighters in the history of the UFC. For the past couple of months, Jones had been gunning for Francis Ngannou’s UFC Heavyweight Championship, even if it seems pointless right now.

Back in 2019, Jon Jones successfully defended his light heavyweight belt against Anthony Smith via unanimous decision in the main event of UFC 235. Anthony Smith recently accused Jon Jones of failing every drug test ahead of their fight.

Now it seems Jon Jones has finally decided to respond to the accusation as he took to Twitter and simply laughed off what Anthony Smith said, stating that he can say whatever helps him sleep at night.

“The week of our fight, Jon failed every drug test. Whatever helps you sleep at night buddy.”

Jon Jones also replied to a fan who found it amusing that the Commission apparently contacted Smith about the drug teste every time. Jones stated that it was the best part.

Jon Jones clearly has more important things on his mind as he is still determined to face off against Francis Ngannou someday and is ready to wait as long as it takes for the fight to happen.
