Bow Wow Announces Retirement From Rap Music

Bow Wow was last seen on Verzuz has hundreds of thousands of fans watched him battle Soulja Boy. Click here to watch the battle. Bow Wow actually won that battle, but that was it for him. That was just a few days ago, but Bow Wow is now done with rap music.

Following his last hooray on Verzuz, Bow Wow dropped a video on Instagram to explain that he is done with rap music. It is just too stressful for him, but he is at peace giving up the microphone. He has a lot of other projects that he seems to enjoy much more at this point.

“Y’all n****s see why I don’t be wanting to rap no motherf*cking more? This is exactly why I’m at peace. I’m at peace man. I like hosting my shit, making more money than half of y’all rap n****s. I like doing my podcast. This sh*t right here is the number one reason why a n***a don’t wanna rap no more. This is the reason why. I do movies and I do so much other shit. It’s because rap shit brings stress.”

Bow Wow has also been training to become a professional wrestler. WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi is helping him learn the ropes. There was a strong rumor that WWE could be in his future, but we’ll just have to see if he follows Bad Bunny’s lead and gets in the squared circle.

Now that Bow Wow has stepped away from the rap game that could give him plenty of time to get involved in the pro wrestling world.
