One of the biggest complaints from UFC in the past few years has undoubtedly been the promotion not paying their fighters properly. Jon Jones, in particular, has demanded he get paid a proper amount of money to compete in big fights.
For the past few months, YouTube personality turned professional boxer Jake Paul has become a champion for the rights of the UFC fighters being paid what they deserve.
Jake Paul had previously blasted Dana White over UFC not paying their fighters properly and Paul is certainly relentless when it comes to calling out the UFC President as he did it yet again recnetly.
While speaking at the latest Bitcoin press conference, Jake Paul stated that fighters should create their own hype and use social media to do it in the same way as he did. He also blamed Dana White for not making good fights that fans want to see.
“Create your own hype, use social media. Dana White doesn’t make the good fights happen, he doesn’t make the fights that the fans wanna see because he can’t pay these fighters enough or doesn’t wanna pay these fighters enough.”
We certainly wonder if Dana White will one day realize that he really should pay his fighters an amount that they deserve, but it seems unlikely at this point in time. However, that won’t stop Jake Paul from constantly reminding the world of what Dana White is doing.
