The world was shocked after becoming aware of the news that Bill Cosby is getting released from prison after 2 years. While Cosby’s release was resulted due to his sexual assault trial being deemed unfair, many celebrities had a variety of reactions over it.
Boosie Badazz welcomed Cosby home on one hand, while on the other, Phylicia Rashad restated her claim that Bill Cosby was falsely accused and was innocent all this time. However, 50 Cent celebrated the comedian’s release in his own fun way.
After receiving the news, the rapper took to Instagram to post a picture of Cosby’s old JELL-O Pudding Pops ad with the caption: “My son Bill beat that case, These hoe’s be tripping.”
50 also posted a video of Cosby from 2018, which had become quite a meme when he had been freshly accused. He captioned the video with “LOL Bill Cosby back on the loose, 😆catch FOR LIFE on IMDbTv.“
The rapper uses trending topics often in order to promote his own plans, and this time is no different. However, when it comes to his opinion on Bill Cosby, it’s clear that 50 Cent thinks he’s innocent. Both Kevin Spacey and Cosby’s release is also significant of how the legal system has started to recognize that all accusations made at the height of #MeToo movement were not all true.
