John Cena Thinks Tyrese Gibson Could Have A Great Feud In WWE

John Cena is a 16-time World Champion and carried the company on his back throughout the PG era. From 2017 John Cena became a part-timer in WWE and has appeared sporadically due to his busy schedule in Hollywood.

John Cena stars in Fast & Furious 9 as Jakob Toretto, the brother to Vin Diesel’s Dominic Toretto character. His performance in the film has already been praised by fans and critics alike.

While speaking to Vice, John Cena talked about how his Fast & Furious 9 co-stars would handle being WWE Superstars. Singer Tyrese Gibson stars in Fast & Furious 9 as Roman and according to Cena, he believes Gibson’s character could have a feud with Roman Reigns in WWE.

“This one is fun. Tyrese could actually be Roman – he could harken back to the Roman Empire and he could be announced with trumpets, to a king’s welcome. Interestingly enough, there’s a character in WWE called Roman Reigns, so if we could take Tyrese’s Fast character and evolve it into a WWE personality, he has a built-in main event storyline with one of the most known superstars in WWE at the present time.”

John Cena is expected to make his return to WWE television later this month with the return of live crowds in attendance for their shows. We will have to see what the company will have planned for his return.
