Sylvester Stallone Says Conor McGregor Would Be ‘Foolish’ Not To Face Jake Paul

Conor McGregor remains one of the most well known MMA fighters in the history of combat sports and his accolades over the years speak for themselves. The Notorious is also known to trash talk often, with varied results.

While Conor McGregor has backed up his trash talks in the past, more often than not, they have also resulted in embarrassing defeats for him. McGregor also doesn’t hold any title in the UFC.

However, The Notorious One is certainly a huge money-maker as proven by the insane buy rates for any UFC pay-per-view he headlines and also his boxing match against Floyd Mayweather in 2017.

While speaking to TMZ Sports, Hollywood legend Sylvester Stallone was asked if Conor McGregor should face off against Jake Paul in a boxing match. Stallone stated that McGregor would be foolish not to face Paul and pass up on the money.

”Are you kidding. With the kind of money that’s going around, he’d be foolish not to. Think about it.”

Conor McGregor himself previously revealed that he doesn’t rule out facing the Paul brothers in the future. Jake Paul continues has continuously tried to coax Conor McGregor into a match with him as Paul has taken shots against McGregor in the past as well. We will have to see if Conor McGregor ever faces off against the Paul brothers in the future.
