Aaron Rodgers has made it very clear that he is not interested in whatever the Green Bay Packers have to offer him. He apparently turned down a massive deal in recent memory.

Rodgers is a great quarterback, but he is done with the Packers. He is tired of the Packers’ front office and wants out of the deal. The fact that Green Bay took QB Jordan Love in the first round of the NFL Draft in 2020 was not lost on him either.

According to a tweet from Adam Schefter, Rodgers turned down a massive two-year contract extension in the offseason. This would have seen him become the highest-paid QB in all of professional football, but he turned it down.

This off-season, the Packers offered Aaron Rodgers a two-year contract extension that would have tied him to Green Bay for five more seasons and made him the highest-paid QB and player in football.

Rodgers declined the offer, proof it’s not about the money.

It looks like no amount of money could convince Aaron Rodgers to change his mind about leaving Green Bay. He has a lot going on, but playing for the Packers is not on his things to do list. At this point, he is uncertain if they will even have him dress up for games next season.
