Kanye West Put On Blast For Insane Food Prices At ‘DONDA’ Event

Kanye West remains one of the most iconic and influential rappers in the Hip-Hop world right now and he also has a very good mind when it comes to being a businessman, as the rapper has built his own empire.

However, his personal life hasn’t been that great for the past few months since his ongoing divorce case with estranged wife Kim Kardashian started. Kim Kardashian had previously stated that she was lonely in her marriage to the rapper.

Kanye West recently held listening parties for his long-delayed album Donda. While fans certainly had a great time, it seems the prices for snacks at his event was so expensive that fans simply couldn’t believe it.

According to Van Lathan and others, the stadium was charging ridiculous prices for food, including brownies and cookies at $45 and chicken tenders at $50. West also charged $35 for sweet and salty kettle corn and an assorted snack basket for $65.

Naturally, fans were irate at this decision by Kanye West to charge so much for basic food and took to Twitter and put him on blast.

For $35 I better be able to fill an aquarium with that kettle corn. It had better be $30 worth of corn and $5 to pay the guy stirring it fresh.
