People Stealing Heads Off LeBron James Space Jam 2 Figures

Space Jam 2: A New Legacy is out now and that came with a ton of merchandising. Strangely enough, it was also followed by action figure decapitation.

Bugs Bunny and the rest of his cartoon pals seem to be safe, but LeBron James is getting the axe all over. His beheaded figures are popping up all over retail stores as people are popping the heads off his figure.

Those trophies are going on eBay for ridiculous money. We’re not sure if these are troll bids, but a couple figure heads are going for $500 right now, and other listings are selling for $4k. Those Space Jam 2 heads are very sought after right now.

It’s unknow whether this is resentment toward Space Jam 2, or LeBron James in general. Donald Trump recently targeted James. This could have been due to King James’ support of Black Lives Matter. It’s possible that LeBron James heads are in demand for more than one reason right now.

Stores have resorted to locking LeBron James figures up like they are razors or handguns. If you would like a LeBron James Space Jam 2 figure now, then you will have to work. Collectors must track down an underpaid Walmart employee who can then start a mission to find the appropriate key to unlock the case.

2021 is still full of surprises.
