Cardi B’s song is being used as WWE’s theme for SummerSlam, but the famous rapper is currently pregnant with her 2nd child. While Kulture waits to become a big sister, pro wrestling fans are wondering if Cardi B will be able to host SummerSlam.

There was a report that Cardi B was set to host SummerSlam, but she is reportedly set to deliver her second bundle of joy in September. That will likely cause Cardi B to miss that hosting gig.

Cardi B’s attorney asked for her court battle against Tasha K to be moved, and her pregnancy was used as a reason for that according to AllHipHop. The $75,000 defamation trial against the blogger will now begin in November, pushing back from the orginal September 13th date.

Due to the fact that Cardi B is expecting to have her child in September, that means she will likely not be included in WWE’s plans for the biggest party of the summer. Her song “Up” is still being used as the event’s official anthem, but odds are she will not be in Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium for the August 22nd show.

Stephanie McMahon has namedropped Cardi B in a few interviews in the past, so she is still on the Billion Dollar Princess’ radar. WWE obviously realizes the draw that Cardi B has and they want to be associated with her. An appearance will likely have to wait until Cardi B has her second child.
