2018’s Aquaman starring Jason Momoa as Aquaman/Arthur Curry had a tremendous reception, both critically and commercially and was touted as one of the best films produced under the DCEU banner. It has earned over $1.1 billion at the worldwide box office, making it the most successful DCEU film currently.
The sequel to the film, Aquaman 2, will see Momoa reprise his role of Arthur Curry. The latest trend in Hollywood has seen celebrities suddenly admitting they are not a fan of bathing regularly. This all started with Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis and then Jake Gyllenhaal also joined in the fray, revealing that he isn’t a fan of bathing every day.
While speaking to Access Hollywood, Jason Momoa was asked if he showered after the ongoing celebrity bathing debate was brought up. Momoa had a hilarious response as he insisted that Momoa prefers to stay clean.
“I’m Aquaman. I’m in the f–king water. Don’t worry about it. I’m Hawaiian. We got saltwater on me. We good.”
The Rock also recently made it clear he showers every day and it’s a habit that should be encouraged more. We certainly applaud The Rock and Jason Momoa for making sure to follow proper hygiene and hope other celebrities follow suit eventually.
